About the Role:
Help users troubleshoot basic technical issues over the phone and web. You will guide customers on software installation, login difficulties, internet connectivity setup, password resets, and digital device configurations. Comprehensive technical training on products is provided before taking live calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose customer technical problems step-by-step through phone and digital channels
- Guide users through software setups, device configurations, and account verifications
- Log diagnostic steps, hardware/software details, and ticket outcomes in the IT CRM
- Collaborate with Senior Technical Engineers when advanced escalation is necessary
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any field (CS/IT/BCA/B.Sc is a plus)
- Freshers with good technical aptitude and communication skills are strongly encouraged
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, internet browsers, and mobile apps
- Clear verbal communication and logical troubleshooting approach
