You will handle inbound calls, real-time live chats, and email tickets concerning flight itineraries, hotel bookings, flight cancellations, schedule amendments, and baggage claims. You will liaise directly with international airline consolidators and hospitality providers to resolve complex passenger inquiries with exceptional service standards. Candidate Profile & Key Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in an International Travel BPO / GDS / Travel customer service environment • Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills • Proficiency with international travel terminology, ticketing policies, and reservation workflows • Comfort working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment with 5 working days per week • Residing within the active cab hiring boundary in Delhi NCR / Gurugram
