Leading International Organization has immediate openings for 15 International Voice Support Executives in Gurugram.
Position Details:
• Process: International Inbound Voice Customer Service
• Vacancies: 15 Selected Candidates
• Experience: Minimum 6 Months in an International Voice BPO
• Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR (Work From Office)
• Working Days: 5 Days per week
• Shift Schedule: Rotational Shifts
• Transportation: Free Both-Side Cab provided
• Package: Up to ₹35,000 / Month CTC + Performance Incentives
• Preference: Immediate Joiners
Key Responsibilities:
As an International Voice Support Executive, you will be the front-line brand ambassador answering inbound phone inquiries from global consumers. You will assist clients with service inquiries, account verifications, billing clarifications, and technical troubleshooting while maintaining high first-contact resolution rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally, diagnosing concerns and offering definitive solutions
- Guide international clients through platform workflows, billing inquiries, and product queries
- Maintain average handling time (AHT) while ensuring 100% compliance with call quality checklists
- Accurately update CRM records and escalate complex tickets to Tier-2 support when needed
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of documented experience in an International Voice BPO / Call Center process
- Fluency in spoken English with a neutral accent and excellent comprehension skills
- Strong problem-solving capability, objection handling, and customer rapport building
- Comfortable with rotational shift timing and 5 working days per week
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods
