Role Overview:

• Working Days: 5 Days per week
• Shift Pattern: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week-Offs
• Transport: Both-Side Cab Transportation provided
• Compensation: Up to ₹9,00,000 Per Annum (₹75,000/Month)

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking fluent Francophone professionals with certified C1 proficiency (DELF/DALF or equivalent recognized language institute certification) and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in an international BPO environment. Candidates must possess fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English, with the cultural agility to interact directly with native French-speaking clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with French-speaking international customers via telephone to troubleshoot account inquiries and service requests
- Deliver prompt, empathetic, and culturally nuanced customer service tailored to francophone markets
- Translate operational guidance and system instructions into fluent French during real-time calls
- Accurately log call disposition, customer sentiments, and action items in enterprise ticketing tools
- Consistently adhere to global quality benchmarks, AHT parameters, and customer delight scores
Eligibility & Requirements
- Mandatory French C1 Level Certification (DALF C1, DELF, or equivalent accredited diploma)
- Minimum 1 year of proven customer support experience in an International Voice BPO
- Native-level or near-native fluency in spoken and written French alongside fluent English
- Exceptional interpersonal etiquette, empathy, and professional telephone communication skills
- Willingness to work 5 days per week with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs in Gurugram
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred with immediate offer rollout
