🏦 FINANCIAL OPERATIONS VACANCY – GURUGRAM!
Immediate requirement for Clearance & Settlement Associates to manage institutional financial operations and trade reconciliation.
Role Overview:
• Designation: Clearance & Settlement Associate
• Process: Financial Operations / Backend Transaction Processing
• Experience: Minimum 6 Months of relevant operations experience
• Preferred Knowledge: T+1 and T+2 settlement lifecycles and clearing house mechanisms
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work From Office)
• Working Schedule: 5 Days per week
• Transport: Both-Side Cab facility provided
• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 / Month CTC
• Preference: Immediate joiners ready to onboard within 7–10 days
Key Functions:
You will execute transaction clearance, trade affirmations, payment settlements, and reconciliation for institutional securities and financial contracts. You will investigate trade breaks, reconcile depository statements, monitor margin accounts, and ensure zero-error settlement execution within regulatory timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily transaction clearing, payment matching, and settlement instructions for financial market counterparties
- Reconcile cash and securities accounts between internal books, custody depositories, and clearing corporations
- Investigate failed trades, settlement breaks, and unmatched trade tickets, coordinating swift rectifications
- Generate end-of-day settlement reports and verify margin requirements in accordance with compliance guidelines
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in capital markets, financial operations, banking clearing, or settlement
- Solid comprehension of securities clearing, custody services, cash wire settlement, and T+1/T+2 cycles
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and reconciliation capabilities with high accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Comfortable with 5 days working schedule in Gurugram with both-side cab transportation
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred
