Role Details: • Role: International Voice Customer Experience Associate • Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work From Office) • Salary: ₹32,500 / Month • Working Days: 5 Days per week • Cab: Both-side cab facility provided • Induction Batch Date: 1st October 2026 Candidate Eligibility & Skillset: • Minimum 6+ Months experience in an International BPO (Voice Campaign) • Solid experience in customer service, active troubleshooting, and consultative upselling • Excellent verbal English communication with clear diction • Customer delight orientation with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in a high-impact customer experience environment Core Responsibilities: • Handle inbound international customer calls, providing end-to-end customer care and resolution • Perform step-by-step troubleshooting for technical, account, and service-related issues • Identify customer needs and recommend complementary value-added services/upsells • Maintain world-class customer satisfaction (CSAT) and First Contact Resolution (FCR) metrics • Accurately maintain case history and customer interaction logs in enterprise CRM platforms What We Offer: • Both-side doorstep cab pickup & drop facility • 5 Days Working with 2 scheduled weekly offs • Fixed salary of ₹32,500/month + performance-linked bonuses • Advanced enterprise product certification & training • Group Mediclaim & accidental insurance
