Immediate opening for International Travel Chat & Backend Executives.
Job Highlights:
• Process: Chat & Backend Travel Operations (Non-Voice)
• Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Travel domain
• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
• Communication Level: C1-Level English proficiency required
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work From Office)
• Salary: Up to ₹32,000 / Month
• Working Days: 5 Days per week with rotational week-offs
• Transport: Free Both-Side Cab provided
• Selection Rounds: HR Round + Operations Round
Scope of Work:
In this non-voice chat and backend capacity, you will handle reservation management, booking amendments, flight schedule updates, cancellation requests, and partner coordination. You will communicate with international travelers through live chat and coordinate directly with global airline consolidators and hotel chains to rectify itinerary disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with global travelers via live web chat to address flight reservations, hotel vouchers, and amendments
- Execute backend ticketing operations including cancellations, name corrections, refunds, and re-routing
- Liaise directly with international airlines, hotels, and ground tour partners to verify booking status
- Uphold SLA targets for chat response time (<45 seconds) and issue resolution efficiency
- Maintain exact records of passenger requests and partner correspondence in travel management systems
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in travel bookings, airline support, or hospitality operations
- High-proficiency C1-level English written communication (strong vocabulary, perfect grammar, 35+ WPM typing speed)
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any educational stream
- Work From Office in Gurugram (5 days working with rotational week-offs)
- Ability to pass a two-round interview process: HR Round followed by Operations Interview
