Role Highlights: • Role: International Collections Associate • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work From Office) • Working Days: 5 Days per week (2 Consecutive Rotational Offs) • Shift: Rotational Shifts • Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility provided within applicable cab boundary • Salary Package: Up to ₹32,000 CTC / Month • Priority: New Requirement / Immediate Hiring Candidate Eligibility & Requirements: • Mandatory prior experience in US Collections / International Collections • Strong background in debt recovery, payment follow-ups, and financial customer service • Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills • Comfortable handling collections-related customer interactions and setting payment commitments • High emotional intelligence and professional objection-handling capability • Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: • Contact international customers regarding past-due accounts and payment schedules • Negotiate payment settlements, restructuring plans, and promise-to-pay (PTP) commitments • Maintain strict compliance with international debt collection guidelines (FDCPA, FCRA) • Document all customer communications, payment arrangements, and dispute notes in system CRM Perks & Benefits: • Free both-side cab facility within applicable cab zone • 5 Days Working with fixed rotational offs • Lucrative collection incentives above base salary • Medical coverage and health benefits
