• Working Days: 5.5 Days per week
• Shift Schedule: Rotational Shifts
Role Description:
In this high-profile position, you will represent leading global enterprises, liaising directly with corporate and retail clients in Japan. You will deliver voice customer support, address account queries, facilitate smooth service onboarding, and ensure top-tier satisfaction following Japanese business etiquette and Keigo protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct voice customer success interactions in Japanese with enterprise and retail customers
- Assist Japanese clientele with onboarding, query diagnosis, service amendments, and platform guidance
- Translate operational updates and customer feedback accurately between Japanese clients and internal teams
- Consistently maintain Japanese business etiquette, customer reverence, and exceptional CSAT metrics
Eligibility & Requirements
- Mandatory Japanese N2 Level Certification (JLPT N2 or accredited equivalent credential)
- Minimum 6 months experience in professional customer support, language translation, or client success
- Bachelor’s Degree or specialized Diploma in Japanese Language and Culture
- Superior bilingual fluency in spoken and written Japanese alongside fluent English
- Comfortable working 5.5 days per week with rotational shifts in Jaipur
