Key Responsibilities
- Assist e-commerce sellers and merchants with catalog listings, payouts, fee queries, and return issues
- Resolve seller dashboard, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment tickets within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and payments teams for rapid dispute closures
- Maintain high Seller Satisfaction (CSAT) and First Contact Resolution (FCR) scores
- Document interaction logs and seller escalations accurately in CRM systems
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation or Undergraduate in any discipline
- E-commerce background: Min B2 Communication Skills (Domestic/International customer service accepted)
- Non-E-commerce background: Min B2+ Communication Skills (International Customer Service experience mandatory)
- Availability for 5.5 Days/Week rotational shifts
- Comfortable with Work From Office in Pune (Both-side cab facility provided)
