Role Summary:
Support registered e-commerce merchants and enterprise sellers on India’s and global leading marketplaces. You will address seller inquiries regarding product listing cataloging, order fulfillment, payment reconciliations, return policies, and seller account health entirely via real-time digital chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle concurrent live chat conversations with marketplace sellers and brand merchants
- Investigate seller inquiries concerning order delivery status, inventory listings, and disbursement schedules
- Troubleshoot catalog upload errors, account performance notifications, and customer return issues
- Document seller interactions thoroughly in ticketing systems and deliver CSAT above 90%
Eligibility & Requirements
- Relevant customer support, chat handling, or e-commerce seller support experience preferred (Freshers with strong aptitude eligible)
- Excellent written English communication and reading comprehension skills
- Comfortable with a 5.5 days working schedule and rotational shift timings
- Willingness to undertake a 3-step evaluation: HR Round, Operations Round, and Written Versant Assessment
- Comfortable working on-site at modern delivery campus in Pune
