Support premium credit card holders and banking customers with card activations, reward points redemption, billing inquiries, and international usage enabling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist cardholders with statement inquiries, EMI conversion, and limit increase requests
- Block lost/stolen cards instantly to prevent fraudulent transactions
- Explain card rewards and lounge access benefits to customers
- Adhere strictly to RBI security protocols during call verification
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate mandatory (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.A, etc.)
- 6+ Months experience in Banking / Credit Cards customer service
- High integrity with zero history of security violations
- Fluent Hindi and English communication
