Job Description & Role Overview
We are hiring regional language customer support specialists. Candidates must be fluent in English + at least one South Indian regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist regional customers with banking services, loans, and policy inquiries
- Explain terms and conditions clearly in customer’s preferred language
- Update customer account records and contact details in CRM
- Ensure high resolution rates on first call
Eligibility & Requirements
- Fluent spoken proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam + English
- 12th pass or Graduate in any field
- Good listening and polite customer handling demeanor
