Job Description & Role Overview
Troubleshoot home fiber broadband, Wi-Fi router configurations, slow internet complaints, and IPTV setup for residential and corporate subscribers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide subscribers through router restart, channel switching, and speed tests
- Diagnose fiber optic cable link status via remote line diagnostic tools
- Book on-site field technician visits for broken fiber lines
- Verify resolution with customer before closing trouble tickets
Eligibility & Requirements
- Diploma / BCA / B.Sc / B.Tech or 6+ months experience in ISP / Telecom support
- Basic knowledge of IP addresses, Gateway, DNS, and Router admin panels
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Strong logical step-by-step diagnostic skills
