Job Description & Role Overview
Join India's fastest-growing fintech ecosystem as a Customer Delight Specialist managing payment gateways, UPI, wallet, and KYC inquiries.
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Days: 5 Days Working
Shifts: Day Rotational Shifts (7 AM - 4 PM / 1 PM - 10 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve failed UPI transactions and wallet balance issues
- Assist enterprise merchants and end-users with payment gateway issues
- Verify KYC documents and compliance checks
- Collaborate with banking reconciliation squads for dispute closures
Eligibility & Requirements
- 1+ Years experience in Banking, Fintech, or E-wallet customer care
- Knowledge of UPI transactions, chargebacks, and basic KYC guidelines
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem breakdown capability
- Excellent English & Hindi verbal/written skills
