Job Description & Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Non-Voice Process (100% Work From Home).
Key Highlights:
• Process: International Chat & Email Support
• Work Location: Permanent Remote / Work From Home
• Working Days: 5 Days working with 2 consecutive rotational off
• Equipment: Laptop / Desktop & Headset provided by company
• Wi-Fi Allowance provided monthly
Candidate Profile:
• Excellent written English communication & grammar
• Typing speed minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible
• Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live web chat and email tickets
- Resolve billing, order tracking, and product queries within SLAs
- Maintain first-contact resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Document interaction notes accurately in CRM systems
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation or Undergraduate in any discipline
- Excellent Written English Communication
- Typing Speed: 35+ WPM
- Stable Broadband Internet Connection at home (Min 50 Mbps)
- Availability for rotational shifts
