Job Description & Role Overview
Lead and inspire a remote team of 18-22 customer support executives. Monitor real-time shrinkage, SLA delivery, quality scores, and agent motivation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations, roster adherence, and call queue management
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 performance coaching sessions with team members
- Drive team CSAT, quality audit scores, and minimize team attrition
- Present weekly performance dashboards to client operations heads
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 Years documented experience as Team Leader in Voice / Non-Voice BPO
- Strong team handling, roster management, and performance coaching ability
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for SLA and attrition reporting
- Experience managing distributed work-from-home teams
