Guide enrolled learners and working professionals through their online degree and certification journeys. Assist with LMS access, assignment submissions, and exam schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as dedicated student success partner for assigned student batches
- Resolve learning platform (LMS) login and lecture playback queries
- Send timely reminders for assignment deadlines and exam portals
- Conduct check-in calls to ensure student course completion
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech)
- Fluent spoken English & Hindi
- Good interpersonal and motivational communication skills
- Day shifts: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
