Job Description & Role Overview
Assist policyholders with cashless hospital claims, motor vehicle repair reimbursements, document upload assistance, and claim settlement status tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide policyholders on required hospital/garage documents for claim processing
- Coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPA) for cashless pre-authorizations
- Explain claim settlement deductions clearly and transparently to customers
- Maintain strict turnaround times on claim query resolutions
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate mandatory with 1+ years experience in Health/Motor Insurance customer care
- Knowledge of cashless claims process, TPA approvals, and deductibles
- Empathic communication when dealing with hospitalized patient families
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
