- Respond to live customer queries on WhatsApp and website chat within 45 seconds

- Process exchange and return requests swiftly in ERP systems
- Collect feedback and reviews from happy shoppers
Eligibility & Requirements
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high grammatical accuracy
