Leading Global Travel Agency hiring Customer Service Agents to assist travelers worldwide with flight re-scheduling, cancellations, hotel bookings, and travel insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process flight cancellations, schedule changes, and ticket re-issuances
- Assist international passengers with baggage allowances and visa guidelines
- Handle hotel reservation modifications and refund calculations
- Achieve high customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings
Eligibility & Requirements
- 6+ Months experience in Travel BPO or GDS knowledge (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
- Excellent verbal English communication
- Ability to handle stressful flight cancellation and reschedule situations with empathy
- Rotational shift availability
