Dedicated night-shift role for energetic professionals. Support US retail and banking clients from the comfort of your home during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide first-class service
- Manage order modifications, billing inquiries, and service renewals
- Maintain high call quality ratings (>90%) and low handle time
- Complete end-of-shift handover notes for day team leads
Eligibility & Requirements
- 1+ Years of international voice support experience (US or UK campaign)
- Excellent verbal fluency in English with neutral accent
- Comfortable with permanent night shift timings (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM / 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST)
- Uninterrupted high-speed Wi-Fi and power backup at home
